Financial Services Disputes & Investigations Senior Associate/Principal Associate Birmingham Hybrid
We're working with a leading national law firm on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Financial Services Disputes & Investigations (FSDI) team in Birmingham. This is one of the largest dedicated teams of its kind in the UK, advising on a wide range of complex, high-value disputes for some of the most recognisable financial institutions.

The Role
As Senior Associate, you'll:
- Manage a varied caseload of financial disputes for leading clients.
- Supervise and support junior colleagues.
- Deliver strategic and commercial legal advice on complex claims.
- Contribute to client relationship management, business development and thought leadership.
About You
- Qualified solicitor (ideally 4-8 PQE, though we're open to applications outside this range).
- Strong background in financial, property, or general commercial litigation.
- Experience running your own caseload with sound knowledge of the CPR.
- Ideally some supervisory experience.
- Commercially minded, with excellent communication and client management skills.
