Senior Corporate Solicitor

An award-winning commercial law firm with a strong presence across Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its dynamic Corporate team in Belfast.

You will play a key role in advising a diverse portfolio of clients, from ambitious start-ups and high-growth SMEs to large corporates and investors, on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. The work will include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, private equity, and general company law.

Working closely with partners and other senior lawyers, you will help lead complex transactions, develop junior team members, and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, technical excellence, and commercial insight.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE in corporate or transactional work
• Proven track record advising on M&A and corporate advisory matters
• Strong client management skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior colleagues (desirable)
