Senior Executive - Operational Support
£29,175 plus benefits

Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office). From 31st March 2026 this role will become home based for business reasons.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Operational Support Senior Executive. We need you to oversee all Operational Support workstreams to ensure all SLAs are met and work is produced to a high standard in line with CRUK expectations and compliance policy. Further to this, we need you to provide support to the Service Delivery Manager as well as administrators within Operational Support.
This role will support us with new ways of working to enhance content governance and new ways of working after a CMS migration. You will work with the wider Content Excellence Team to develop governance frameworks that empower our wider content community and improve user experiences.
