Support efficient workflow throughout the bodyshop and coordinate with the production team. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator, VDA Estimator, or similar role (essential). Audatex estimating experience is essential. ATA VDA accreditation preferred but not mandatory for strong applicants. Strong knowledge of accident repair processes and industry standards. Excellent communication skills, with confidence when talking to customers and engineers. Ability to work to daily estimation targets and deadlines. High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. Benefits Competitive salary of 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience.
