Person Specification Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within engineering or construction. The successful candidate will also have: good knowledge of relevant guidelines, standards, methods of measurement, and the like applicable to building construction and management; sound knowledge of professional services and building contracts and their application; practical experience in processing contract payments and contractual claims; good communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong personal organisational skills with an ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload within a constantly changing environment.
