Cleaner

This role is suitable for a driver who is able to cover cleaning work across various locations in Basildon. You need to be hardworking, have a good understanding of health and safety and cleaning products. If you are able to work independently and to a set schedule in a limited timeslot then this role is ideal for you. The client is happy to consider a candidate who will work 4hrs or 8hrs a day.

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure indoor and communal areas are always clean and tidy
• Reporting and hazardous areas to your line manager immediately
• Looking after key designated areas and ensuring you fill out any noticeable damages on the reporting sheet
• Be proactive and ensure that you order necessary products before stock is low
• To record and take pictures on a bespoke reporting tablet
• Reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour, supporting contractors on-site
• Working to a schedule of properties/blocks that will need visiting

Requirements

• Cleaning experience
• Be willing to work across one or many sites so there is driving involved
• Part time or full time availability
• Enhanced DBS is a requirement
