Job Description
An automotive component manufacturer based in Witham are looking for a Quality Inspector to join their expanding team.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience inspecting quality of parts using measurement tools.
The hours for the role are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do:
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the final inspection of carbon fibre and machined components, ensuring they meet stringent customer specifications before dispatch. You'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect automotive interior components for quality, accuracy, and finish
- Verify products against customer drawings/specifications
- Document and report inspection results
- Work closely with production and dispatch teams to maintain smooth work flow
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a quality inspection role, preferably within automotive or manufacturing
- Keen eye for detail and excellent understanding of technical drawings
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
This is a permanent role subject to you passing a 13 week probation.
