Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited law school. Valid membership in and licensure by the State bar where you live. 5+ years relevant experience. Key Skills and Experience Expertise in your legal field, with a thirst for continuous learning. Ability to provide practical advice, even with incomplete information, by skillfully identifying gaps through effective questioning. Proficiency in breaking down complex issues into manageable components, developing logical progressions. Effective collaboration with other subject matter experts. Self starter mentality, comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects, and driving them to completion. Nice to Have Previous experience in BigLaw or specialized boutique law firms.
