Finance Director (Part-Time/Flexible - 8 hours per week)
Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for strategic finance and leadership? We are seeking a Finance Director to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead finance operations in a dynamic SME environment, with a focus on statutory, financial, and management accounting.
Location: Lewes, East Sussex
Salary: £100,000 pro-rata
Key Responsibilities:
Review quarterly consolidated management accounts
Manage Group Cashflow
Review statutory financial statements preparation ensuring compliance with UK GAAP.
Review consolidated group financials and assist with budgeting, forecasting, taxation and board reporting.
Support strategic finance projects, acquisitions, and disposals.
Candidate Profile:
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA,) preferred.
Strong technical expertise in FRS102, statutory reporting, and group consolidations.
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Experience with international entities is an advantage.
