Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification essential. Extensive experience in building surveying, with a strong understanding of building pathology, contract administration, and dilapidations. Proven track record in managing a variety of building surveying projects. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in mentoring and managing junior staff is desirable.
