Job Description
We are working with a reputable main contractor seeking a Site Manager to take responsibility for a 1.8 million mews development, covering brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning works.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a small-to-medium sized project, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
The Role:
- Full site management responsibility for a 1.8m mews development
- Overseeing brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
- Ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance on site
- Coordinating programme, materials, and resources
- Regular reporting to the project director or senior management
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and design teams as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a stable employment track record
- Experience with brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of CDM, health & safety, and quality standards
- CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications
Salary on Offer:
- Salary up to 65,000
