TFP has a national donor sperm bank, its own quality assurance scheme and own training scheme for junior embryologists. The Role: The post holder will be educated to college level with a keen interest in biology and will support the laboratory team in delivering clinical services. Accurately record patient cycle details in the patient management system and laboratory notes. Report patient cycle details to the HFEA via Prism. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment as per standard operating procedures. Accurately record test results and complete all required worksheets, data forms, and reports. Follow quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes, reporting any non-conformances. Assist with training of junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Simply Fertility also has a 5/5 inspection rating from the HFEA. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate patient throughput between the clinic and its satellite services. Ensure all treatments covered by the HFEA license are in full compliance with those requirements. Ensure adequate staffing and competence in the nursing/sonography area.
