Key Responsibilities Financial Control & Reporting

Own the month-end process from start to finish-delivering accurate management accounts, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, and partnering with auditors and stakeholders to keep everything seamless and on track.

Budgeting

Lead the annual budgeting journey-partner with GMs and department heads to craft realistic forecasts, monitor performance, and turn insights into smart, corrective actions that keep us on track.

Business Support

Shape the commercial strategy with data driven insight-deliver powerful financial models, deep profitability analysis, and challenge GMs to elevate performance and unlock growth.

Compliance & Management

Safeguard financial integrity across every site-embed robust policies, maintain internal controls, and lead periodic audits to ensure absolute compliance and confidence in our processes.

Team Leadership and Development

Champion financial excellence-drive best practices, consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement across every hotel and the wider finance function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing finance across multiple business units or hotels.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a growing environment and keen to assist with developing the groups finance function.
• Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with hotel systems (e.g. Opera PMS/Rezlynx, Sage, Sage Intacct, or similar).
