The Role
- Contractual disputes, professional negligence, and shareholder disputes
- Commercial property and landlord & tenant litigation
- Advising clients from SMEs to large corporates across multiple sectors
- Preparing pleadings, drafting agreements, and attending hearings
- Managing cases from initial advice through to trial or settlement
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
