Omnia Resourcing is recruiting Bakery Operatives to join a leading bakery in the TW4 area. You'll assist pastry chefs in preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of pastries and desserts in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily pastry preparation and baking

• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately

• Decorate and finish pastries

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

• Support the team with general kitchen tasks

Requirements:

• Valid ID (Passport) and Right to Work in the UK

• 5 years of references

• Recent DBS check

• Flexible to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends & bank holidays

• AM, PM, or Night shifts

• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual handling

• Basic kitchen or baking experience preferred but not essential
