Job title: Production Supervisor

Location: Marlow

Salary: £35000 to £40000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

A leading manufacturing company are looking for a Production Supervisor to join on a permanent basis

The role of Production Supervisor will include:

• Ensuring production targets are met
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating production to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure work is completed to high standards
• Managing workflow of the team and resolving any issues
• Daily management of the team and updating skills and training matrix where required

The Production Supervisor should have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in managing a production team, including planning, scheduling and people management
• Competent in electro-mechanical assembly
• Computer literate with experience using MRP systems
