- Client Engagement - Deliver educational seminars (in-person & Teams)
- Improve Processes - Help clients enhance record keeping
- Compliance & Quality - Interview clients, meet R&D criteria, review reports
- Handle HMRC Enquiries - Resolve queries with confidence
- Train Junior Staff - Share knowledge and best practices
- Business Development - Drive growth and client success
Skills & Expertise:
- Demonstrable experience in R&D tax relief
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
