Business Process, Architecture Governance Lead - ERP Programme An established organisation is undertaking a significant ERP transformation and is seeking an experienced Enterprise ERP Architecture & Process Lead to act as the design authority across the programme. This is a strategic role combining enterprise architecture, business process governance and ERP oversight. You will ensure that the ERP solution supports coherent end-to-end processes, aligns to long-term business strategy and avoids unnecessary customisation or scope creep. The Role Operating at programme level, you will: Act as the overall ERP design authority across business and technology Develop and maintain a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes Drive fit-to-standard process adoption across the organisation Facilitate cross-functional design forums with business process owners Govern scope and release discipline across the ERP programme Translate business requirements into coherent architectural direction Ensure integrations across ERP, CRM, HR and other enterprise systems are aligned Embed security-by-design principles into solution decisions Provide oversight and constructive challenge to implementation partners You will sit at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring that the ERP platform delivers operational consistency rather than siloed optimisation. What We're Looking For We are seeking a senior transformation professional with experience operating at architecture or programme governance level within complex ERP environments. You should have: Strong experience of enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) Deep understanding of end-to-end business process design A track record of managing scope and maintaining release discipline Experience facilitating cross-functional business design decisions Confidence challenging requirements and balancing business needs with long-term architectural integrity Business analysis experience This is not a hands-on configuration role. You will work closely with businesses across various industries to implement and optimise Pigment's EPM platform, ensuring seamless integration with their planning and analytics processes. Our client has a robust training programme and is also happy to cross-train the right candidate as long as you have previous EPM experience. Key Skills and Experience Proven experience working with Pigment EPM or similar EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle EPM). Strong planning & analysis knowledge, in either FP&A or supply chain management. Experience with data modelling and business intelligence (BI) concepts.
