What we're looking for

The Head of Programme Management at Massive Rocket is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programmes. This role ensures that all projects within a programme are aligned to strategic objectives, governed effectively and executed to the highest standard. You will act as the senior point of accountability for programme outcomes, managing risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholders across multiple teams.

You will work closely with executive sponsors, client leadership and internal teams to ensure that programmes are structured, planned and delivered in a way that is predictable, transparent and commercially sound. As the senior authority on Programme Management at Massive Rocket, you will define and improve governance structures, support project teams to resolve risks and issues, and maintain alignment across technical, delivery and business stakeholders.

This role is essential to ensuring that Massive Rocket's most complex engagements are coordinated effectively, that teams are supported to deliver their best work and that clients receive a seamless and strategic experience across the full programme lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 12 years' experience in programme and project management in a Services Company, preferably in the Martech space.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream digital, CRM or data programmes.
• Experience delivering and governing programmes within consultancies or agencies.
• Strong understanding of CRM, Data, Martech or digital transformation environments.
• Demonstrable experience establishing and running programme governance structures.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting and commercial risk handling.
• Significant experience working with C Suite clients and senior executives.
• Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping and programme level planning.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Substantial experience with Agile and hybrid programme delivery approaches.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and steering committees as required
