Junior Embedded Systems Engineer
About the role
The Nicolaudie UK office in Brighton is seeking a Junior Embedded Systems Engineer to assist with the design, development and testing of embedded hardware and firmware solutions. The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Embedded Systems Engineer on our range of lighting control products, assisting with the design, development and debugging of electronic hardware and embedded software in C for microcontrollers (e.g. ARM Cortex-M).

The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to technical documentation, participate in code reviews and learn and apply best practices in version control, coding standards and embedded development workflows. This role would suit someone with a strong technical foundation who is eager to learn and contribute to real-world engineering challenges.
Please note: this is a role which allows for up to 2 days working from home, with the rest of the week spent in our central Brighton office. During the initial induction and training period, you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
