The service provides strategic property leadership across the full lifecycle of the Council's portfolio-maximising value, reducing costs and enabling regeneration through intelligent asset management. This senior role sits within the Council's Property team, advising elected Members, senior officers and cross-organisation stakeholders on strategic estate matters.
