Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships. Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response. Ppm All maintenance based Needs to be multi skilled and able to do mechanical maint and fabric work. Emergency lighting Elec fault finding Applicants for the role must possess the following: 17th or 18th edition + nvq or city and guilds electrical installation Experience working within occupied offices Driving Licence Must be able to obtain DBS Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
