Academics are seeking a warm and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Whitstable. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher passionate about developing lower KS2 pupils as they grow in confidence and independence.

What you'll do as a Year 3 Teacher:
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Support pupils as they transition into more formal learning
Develop strong literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
Create an inclusive, upbeat, and supportive classroom culture
Work closely with teaching assistants and fellow staff
Build positive communication with parents and carers
What we're looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
QTS / ECTs welcome
Confident KS2 curriculum knowledge
Strong behaviour management and organisation
A nurturing, enthusiastic teaching style
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
