THE ROLE
A highly motivated Tax Lawyer NQ-1pqe is sought to join the London Tax practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct tax research and analysis for M&A and fund-related transactions
- Drafting and reviewing tax documentation and opinions under supervision
- Liaise with clients, sponsors, foreign counsel and internal deal teams across jurisdictions
- Contribute to due diligence, deal execution and post-transaction tax planning
THE CANDIDATE
- Preferably an E&W qualified Associate (newly qualified or with 1PQE) from a top City law firm
- Strong academic background (or equivalent), relevant tax qualification (chartered or legal)
- Excellent analytical, communication and research skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a fast-paced team
