Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit job sheets on time. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology. Attend some service and breakdown appointments. Results Expected in this Position: Complete all tasks on time and in the correct manner. Strong communication between the Engineer and the office team. Be respectful of other people s property. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Installer. Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on air conditioning systems. Ability to read and interpret technical information. Experience in equipment repair and maintenance practices. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff members. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) are advantageous. A valid, and relatively clean UK driving license is required for travel between job sites. A knowledge of service and breakdowns. Experience Needed: Experience installing splits and multi splits.
