About the Role
You'll be responsible for preparing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of vehicles. From routine maintenance to more complex repairs, you'll ensure every car meets our high standards before reaching our customers.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years' hands-on experience in a workshop environment. An MOT licence is a bonus, but not essential.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs quickly and accurately, aiming to get it right first time .
Prepare and inspect stock vehicles to company standards.
Handle everyday maintenance including brakes, tyres, suspension, and more.
Carry out (and ideally support with) major repairs such as engine replacements.
Keep digital vehicle health checks up to date and ensure all admin is accurate.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well organised working area.
Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
Adhere to workshop health & safety standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 5 years' experience working on a range of makes and models.
A full clean UK driving licence .
Your own tools.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Computer literacy (experience with dealer management systems is a plus, but training will be given).
MOT licence = advantageous but not essential .
