Mobile CNC / Alloy Repair Technician (Subcontractor)

RS Wheels Refurbishment Ltd is a family-run business specialising in alloy refurbishments and SMART repairs, since its establishment in 2014. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a mobile CNC repair technician to join our team!

This will be a subcontractor/self-employed position with the ability to set your own working days and hours, working in a variety of dealerships and prep centres.

Comprehensive training will be provided.

We are looking for self-motivated, hardworking and skilled technicians, the ideal candidates will be responsible for:

Performing onsite CNC/Diamond Cut and SMART repairs on a variety of alloy wheels to the highest standard
Using specialist CNC machine and equipment to refurbish and restore Diamond Cut alloy wheels
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns professionally
Keep up to date with the lates techniques and technologies in alloy repairs

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong attention to detail
Commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent problem solving skills
The ability to work under pressure
Good Communication
The ability to work independently and organise workflow accordingly
Experience in CNC or Diamond Cut repairs

Candidates must:

Be over 25 (21-25 is acceptable but without a clean UK driving licence this may lead to higher insurance premiums.)
Hold a clean UK driving licence
