As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires adaptability, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students across various subjects and age groups.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with the school's leadership team and teaching staff to ensure a seamless educational experience for all students. You will be provided with comprehensive lesson plans and resources, enabling you to confidently lead classes and facilitate student learning.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. Experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of successfully managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
In return for your dedication and expertise, our client offers a competitive salary range of £525 to £700 per week, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects and age groups

- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
