GCSE tutor

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured GCSE lessons that inspire and motivate students

• Support exam preparation through revision strategies, past paper practice, and targeted guidance

• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs

• Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on progress and achievements

• Foster a positive, encouraging, and focused learning environment

Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant GCSE area(s)

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred

• Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one

• Punctual, patient, and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to create a motivating, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
