East Midlands Based HQ, looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in their Managed Services offering.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Hunting for new business: Youll proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach, backed by strong marketing campaigns.
  • Owning the sales cycle: From discovery meetings to pitching, negotiating, and closing, youll take the reins and deliver results.
  • Building trust: Become a strategic partner to clients, understanding their challenges and positioning tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating for success: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service.
What Were Looking For
  • A proven track record in IT Managed Services sales or similar tech solutions environment.
  • Confidence in generating leads and managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing pipelines effectively.
