Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Shaftsbury
Shift 4 on 4 off Days & Nights
Salary: £51,000 - £53,000
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly growing, well-established manufacturing site. You'll be part of a friendly, experienced engineering team supporting production across high-volume processing and packaging operations.
The Role
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, you'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement across a range of modern manufacturing equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
Planned and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging lines
Working on conveyors, pumps, valves, fillers, hydraulics and pneumatics
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards
About You
Background in manufacturing (food ideal, but not essential)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working days and nights
Easy-going, team-oriented and personable - cultural fit is key

Annual bonus (typically 3-4%)
