The Opportunity
As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will take on a leadership position within the practice and be trusted with significant project and team responsibility from day one. Key aspects of the role include:
Leading and mentoring a team of around five engineers, helping shape their technical development and project delivery skills
Driving technically complex refurbishment and structural alteration projects, often involving challenging constraints and bespoke, creative engineering solutions
Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and clients, acting as a key technical voice from early concept through to delivery
Running projects with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a wider leadership team that values independence and trust
Playing a central role in project strategy, design reviews, and resourcing decisions
Clear progression towards senior leadership, with a genuine long-term pathway to partnership for the right individual
