Job Title: PSV Technician
Salary: £18.50 an hour + Overtime

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable PSV Technician to join our team in Luton. Youll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a modern fleet of buses and coaches to ensure they remain safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities of the PSV Technician
- Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections on PSV vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
- Ensure all work is completed in line with DVSA standards and company safety procedures
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and carry out preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed
- Work efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime and maintain fleet availability
Requirements of the PSV Technician
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle / PSV / Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience working on buses, coaches, or HGVs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of DVSA standards and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence (PCV licence is desirable but not essential)
