HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted - £17 - £18 per hour - Start ASAP - ONGOING WORK

There is an opportunity for full time employment for the correct candidate. While we can't guarantee permanent employment for everyone, our temporary drivers are provided ongoing agency work with no fixed end date.

Your role as an HGV Class 1 Driver

• Depot to depot deliveries (1 - 2 Deliveries Max)
• Ensure accuracy in loading and delivery, keeping customers satisfied.
• Develop your skills with hands-on experience and ongoing support from the team.

Requirements

• UK category C+E license for minimum 12 months
• Minimum of 6 months UK driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Good level of communication
• Double decker experience
• Reasonable knowledge of UK roads

Pay & Benefits

• £17 per hour (Monday to Friday Days) + accrue up to 28 holiday per annum
• £18 per hour ( Monday to Friday Nights) + accrue up to 28 holiday per annum
• No weekend work
• Free parking
• Ongoing work with no set end date. ( Can lead to temp - perm )

Your hourly pay rate is £17.00, and you will accrue £2.05 per hour in holiday pay for every hour worked, which is banked and paid to you when you take annual leave. We do this to make sure our drivers are fairly paid and encouraged to take proper time off work as we believe regular rest is essential for safety and mental wellbeing of all workers
