We have a vacancy for a Senior Poker Dealer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing a great customer service and building professional relationships.
Key skills and responsibilities include:
• Friendly, yet professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Setting and maintaining the highest standards of presentation for the card room.
• Holding a good knowledge and understanding of all relevant gaming legislation, regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
• Supervise tournaments and cash games daily or as required by the schedule.
• Knowledge and understanding of the local poker business and competitor activity.
• Strong communication skills.
• To adopt a positive and flexible attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas etc.
• To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time.
