As a key member of theSENDTeam, youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality ALS/SENDsupportforadultsand someapprentices, withadult provisionat the heart of your work. Youll co-ordinate, triage, and deliver tailoredinterventionsthat help learners with a range of needs succeed in mainstream courses, while also managingAccess to Workreferrals and providing hands-on Job Coach support that builds confidence, skills, and strongemployerpartnerships. From maintaining accurate records and supporting Cognassist assessments to guidingapprenticeship learners, contributing to staff training, and taking part in EHCP reviews, youll be central to ensuring learners feel prepared,supported, and ambitious about their next steps. What we're looking for:

• A strong interest in working with young people and adults with additional needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A Special Education Needs background and knowledge along with IT and admin skills are key for the role
• Level 2 English and Maths, or willingness to work towards.
• Level 3 Award for Learning Support Practitioners or willingness to work towards.
• Respectful of learners personal needs and maintain confidentiality at all times.
