Youll co-ordinate, triage, and deliver tailoredinterventionsthat help learners with a range of needs succeed in mainstream courses, while also managingAccess to Workreferrals and providing hands-on Job Coach support that builds confidence, skills, and strongemployerpartnerships. From maintaining accurate records and supporting Cognassist assessments to guidingapprenticeship learners, contributing to staff training, and taking part in EHCP reviews, youll be central to ensuring learners feel prepared,supported, and ambitious about their next steps.
