You will handle a mix of corporate and commercial work, giving you the chance to develop broad transactional experience. Typical matters include:

• Corporate: company formations, shareholder agreements, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisations
• Commercial: commercial contracts, joint ventures, commercial advisory work, and general business law matters

You'll enjoy direct client contact, genuine responsibility, and the support of an experienced team in a dynamic boutique setting.

• 4+ years' PQE in either corporate and commercial law
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
• Comfortable managing your own files and client relationships
• A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills

• Exposure to both corporate and commercial work across a varied client base
