The role involves full ownership of mechanical design packages, stakeholder coordination, and input into the firms sustainability and net zero ambitions. This is an exciting role for a Senior Architectural Technician to join an expanding team and have a clear path for progression & professional development. Our client are ideally looking for someone who can lead and manage a small technical team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience working as an Architectural Technician or at a Senior level and ideally possess a working knowledge of Scottish building warrants & planning processes. Our client use both Revit and AutoCAD so the Senior Architectural Technician should have experience with at least one of the two.
