The Role
We're seeking an experienced EMEA AP/AR Manager to lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations across the region. You will ensure accurate financial processing, strong cash management, regional compliance, and drive process improvements while leading a high-performing team. Hybrid and remote working options are available, giving flexibility for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AP activities: invoice processing, vendor management, payments, and month-end close
- Manage AR operations: billing, collections, credit checks, and cash application
- Maintain accurate AP/AR aging and drive timely collections and payments
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional AP/AR team
- Streamline and automate processes in collaboration with IT and global finance teams
- Ensure compliance with EMEA regulations (VAT, withholding tax, invoicing)
- Support internal and external audits
About You
- 3+ years' AP/AR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing multi-country EMEA finance operations
- Strong knowledge of EMEA accounting standards and tax regulations
- ERP system experience and strong Excel skills
- Fluent in English; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Comfortable with hybrid/remote working arrangements
