KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES : Lead and mentor a growing in-house creative team (graphic design, writers, video/production)-setting the bar high for craft, clarity, and collaboration. Sets the overarching creative direction and vision for all content. Owns the creative process from end to end: intake, brief development, creative and content strategy, concepts, approvals, and asset delivery. Oversee the production of high-quality creative across digital, print, in-store, social, video, OOH, packaging and more. Responsible for all sub-branding and brand guidelines and oversee integration of the brand strategy, standards and tone of voice, across owned, paid and earned media. Implement scalable systems, tools, and templates that make creative work flow faster and smarter. Ensure brand consistency by championing design, tone, and storytelling standards across every channel and campaign. Responsible for stewarding creative testing and collaborating with research & insights team to ensure data-driven creative is aligned to achieving strategic goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with integrated marketing, communications, loyalty, digital, social, Category Management and external vendor partner teams to bring campaigns to life. Manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a high-volume environment without compromising quality. Present creative work and rationale to stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and strategy in mind. Stay on top of creative trends, technologies, and emerging formats that help keep the brand fresh and forward-thinking. Bring a sharp eye for detail, a collaborative and strategic mindset, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to everything you do. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 2+ years CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NA SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related creative field is preferred. 5+ years of creative experience, with 2+ years leading or managing teams-preferably in retail, QSR, CPG, or an in-house agency environment. A strategic thinker, strong collaborator and team player and self-motivated with ability to take initiative and pursue opportunities - from scoping to execution. A brand lover at heart with proven experience in managing brand guidelines and sub-brands. Proven experience in developing creative and content strategies and designs that are bold and fun, differentiate from the pack, and exceed business goals. A strong portfolio that shows range, versatility, and results across multiple channels. Advanced to Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video production tools/workflows Experience building or scaling a creative services function, including team structure and process design. A passion for creative that drives real business results-along with the organization skills to make it happen. Leadership capabilities to lead cross-functional teams and teams working in hybrid work environments. Excellent organization and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ranging from strategy to execution.
