Actively participate with other members of the Salesforce technical team in project deliverables to migrate legacy customisations to standard Salesforce OOB functionality or best practices customisations. Provide day-to-day internal user support, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance. Conduct regular training sessions to improve user adoption and proficiency across the business. Provide new and improved reports and dashboards, and end user training in the creation and use of reports to provide actionable insights. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time. Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials and technical guides. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT team. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a heavily customised Salesforce environment. Demonstrable experience with multi-cloud Salesforce orgs. Proficiency in Sales Cloud (must have), Service Cloud (must have), Marketing Cloud (good to have) and Experience Cloud (nice to have). Salesforce Administrator certification as a minimum, with additional certifications preferred. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL is beneficial but not essential, this would be to support investigations or change impact, you would not be expected to originate code. Must have hands-on experience with automation tools such as Flow and Workflow Rules. Strong understand of Salesforce best practices and governance. Experience of replacing legacy code-based customisations (Apex, Aura, LWC) with standard functionality or declarative customisations would be beneficial.
