Experience and solid understanding of the Media/Adtech ecosystem. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (preferred). Proven success managing products end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership. Skilled in market research, budgeting, and strategic planning to guide data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Broad understanding of product management, project management, product marketing, technology, and financial principles. Experience with Agile methodologies and an iterative approach to product delivery. Solid technical background, with familiarity or hands-on experience in software development and AI.
