CRM & Process Oversight: • Maintain and update the company's CRM system. • Ensure accuracy in invoicing, payment collection, and financial documentation. Fleet & Asset Management: • Oversee vehicle fleet management, including insurance, servicing, and compliance. Personality Profile: • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a professional attitude and the ability to take initiative in managing office operations. • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional correspondence. • Ability to work independently while also supporting and guiding team members as needed.
