Five Education is working with a small, welcoming primary school in west Bath to recruit a committed 1:1 teaching assistant to support a child with complex needs. This position will begin in November and will likely run until the New Year, with the potential to extend. The role will involve working closely with one child, providing tailored, consistent support to help them access the curriculum, regulate emotions, and thrive within the school environment. As the child has mobility issues, being comfortable and confident providing intimate care will also be required. You'll receive support and guidance from your dedicated Five Education consultant, along with access to free training such as Makaton, Team Teach and PMLD Awareness.
