About the Role:We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. As one of the first members of our new Customer Success capability, you'll play a vital role in shaping how we engage, support, and grow our relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts across the country.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they feel confident and supported in using our services. From onboarding and service adoption to long-term engagement and retention, you'll be there every step of the way - identifying opportunities to add value, solve problems, and deepen relationships.
