Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Fire Engineer to join a world-leading HVAC Solutions provider.
Service Engineer will be responsible for undertaking planned service, PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance), remedial, carry out general service works on Electrical/HVAC systems including ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products.
Service Engineer should be coming from a background of service, maintenance, installation of general fire, electrical, HVAC, ventilation systems. This engineer should possess an Electrical building services qualification, i.e C&G 18th Edition or a Level 3 Electrical certificate.

Role
- Carry out general service works on Electrical/HVAC systems including ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products.
- Undertake planned service, remedial works on products inclusive of ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products.
- Update service documentation, complete on-site work reports accurately.
- Liaise with clients, on-site professionals wider internal engineering team
- Working unsupervised servicing smoke ventilation projects on site
- Able to travel throughout London and the South East of England, including Kent, Essex
- Full clean UK driving licence
Requirements
- Background service, maintenance, installation of general fire, electrical, HVAC, ventilation systems.
- Possessing Electrical building services qualification, i.e City&Guild 18th Edition, Level 3 Electrical certification.
- Experience in undertaking remedial, planned service work on fire, electrical building services, HVAC, ventilation systems
- Able to travel throughout London and the South East of England, including Kent, Essex
- Full clean UK driving licence
