Fabric Engineer - Bristol - Ongoing - FM Service Provider - £20 per hour

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Bristol. CBW is currently recruiting for a General Maintenance Engineer to cover two healthcare buildings. The successful candidate will have an all-around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and experienceworkingwithin a healthcare environment . Working within a team on-site, he or she will need to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance.
Hours of work/Salary

• £20 p/h
• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• Starting ASAP
• Covering 2 buildings.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Painting & Decorating
• Changing locks
• Basic Plumbing duties
• Basic Electrical duties
• Bulb changes
• General Building maintenance

Requirements

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• DBS Clearance
• Good communication skills
• UK Drivers license ( will be required to travel to each location )
• Health & Safety experience
• Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
