What youll do

• Build & deliver smart, creative, data-driven search + merch strategies
• Tune Algolia (or similar) to make relevancy actually relevant
• Shape PLPs, brand listings and product ranking using AI-fuelled logic
• Own experiments. A/B test, iterate, prove the uplift
• Spot customer pain points and fix them better, faster, smarter
• Present weekly trading insights with confidence
• Get stuck into big digital projects including next-gen AI features

This isnt BAU. This is building, improving, testing and owning.
