What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading refurbishment and/or dilapidation projects from the outset
- Carrying out building surveys, producing high-quality technical reports, and managing client expectations
- Attending client meetings and building strong, lasting relationships
- Working flexibly across office, site, and remote environments in Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Playing an influential role in the companys ongoing growth and development
What Were Looking For:
- Solid experience in dilapidations, refurbishment, and project delivery
- Ability to confidently manage projects through every stage
- Comfortable working across a variety of occupied and unoccupied buildings
- Based in or around Birmingham, or happy to travel
