Our client is an established non-profit membership Healthcare organisation. Job Purpose To lead and deliver a professional and efficient HR operational function which includes the overseeing of recruitment, payroll, patients and carers, consultancy, secondments and service provisions agreement process, and performance Management systems to support the strategic objectives of the College. Playing a leading role with employee relations matters and organisational redesign. To assist the Director of HR with the strategic aspects of the College's human resources. To line manage the appropriate staff members. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? To deputise for the Director of Human Resources when they are away from the office. The direct line management and appraisal of the appropriate staff members. Ensure that all staff are developed appropriately and overall responsibility for staff development. Support on the review and modernisation of management practices within the College to ensure that they are effective. Assist the Director of HR in developing and implementing successful strategies for engaging and working with senior managers and other employees in the management of change and attainment of good HR practice.
